I thought I was going to enjoy Sonic Festival to the max like how I enjoyed Baybeats, but turned out to be one mixture of emotional rides and physical pains. Just like how one friend put it, "a mountain to climb" but the "mountain" was unexpected. The highlight of the "climb" is most definately the back ache I had through out the whole trip. I can now fully understand why people blow their horns when they have back pains. I guess I won't be kutuking Hobs on his back pain anymore. As the saying goes "what goes around, comes round". At this point, I like to publicly thank Deborah for the tender loving care she showed to my back. Thanks for the "pitch bending" therapy.
Mountains aside, Sonic Festival was good.. the weekend of bonding with my mates Heartbeat and the Singapore blokes was good. Hearbeat really did the KL delegations proud by putting up a strong performance as the first KL act. They certainly did set a tall act for the other 2 KL bands (her reverie and Altered Frequency) to follow.
Shall not write a full journal of the happenings in Singapore as it may bore a whole lot of people and also some inter-personal galactic moments might come out which should not come out. So I leave here with some pictures from Sonic Festival:
The Festival
The Food
more pictures to follow soon... am feeling lazy to do all the uploading...
