Reflecting back on what I wrote yesterday, I ask myself that question again. Does friendship actually expires or we just think that it has expired. A very close friend of mine told me this "the beauty of our frenship is that it'll never end even when it seems like it had supposedly ended". So friendships don't end, we actually think that it has ended?? I think it's like our relationship with God. We can be like dirt bags to God, commiting sins of all nature and we come to a place and say "we're not worthy of God, we should not even think of asking God for forgiveness" and our relationship with God takes that turn. But in actual fact the Bible says that God is willing and just to forgive, God is a God of grace and mercy. The friendship with God never expired, at least from God's side it's us who think that the friendship expired. Likewise with friends, we might think that the friendship has expired for example when your best friend (esp. when your best friend is an opposite sex) gets attached and we think we lost our best buddy because he/she will be spending more time with his/her beau and if your buddy is a member of the opposite sex, it's only right to take a step back and hence we think the friendship ended. But in actual case "the beauty of that friendship is that it never ended even when it seems it had supposedly ended".
Whatever the case, I still thank God that friendships with Him never expires. He is there and always will be there.
