does the change of tides means the change of fashion?

It's been a gloomy and cloudy day today, strings of rain falling gently on the zink roof of the garage. The sound of rain falling on the zink roof makes you in the mood to lie in bed with Death Cab for Cutie and The Observatory in the background. I lie in bed pondering on the changes that's has began to take place in my life.

First off, I went on my first shopping crusade in one of the only few shopping malls in Adelaide. I realised that I've been shopping alone far too long all these years that having a shopping companion just throws all your "normal" taste in life such as Fashion out the door. Say goodbye to gloomy dark colured t-shirts from bundle shops and say good bye to a closet of band t-shirts. My wardrobe has been attacked by "The Chirpy Makeover". There's more colour in my cupboard now just as how there's more colour in my life at the moment. I almost forgot how wonderful it is to have a shopping companion that's full of fashion sense and creativity to convert a old boring stud to a stellion. Just as how a tv technician restores the colour and contrast on your old beat-up 21 inch TV to its optimal performance, a companion in life can restore back that colour and contrast that you've lost.
