powergen camp

Just a short update. Powergen camp was really great. Although I didn't find what I was looking for in the camp, it was still a camp filled with the presence of God. It's good to experience camp in another church for once. It's always been FGA camps, so this is really refreshing. I thank God that even though this was my first camp, and I'm bare ly 6 months in the church, I should really thank God for the opportunity to play bass in camp although I was replacing someone at the last minute.

I can't deny that I am a bit dissapointed that I could not find what I was looking for in camp, the encounter and the breakthrough I wanted. But I take heart from what the speaker said. Reaching a point of breakthrough is a process that you slowly build and I am holding on firm that God is still building me in this camp to face a greater breakthrough, one that I myself can't imagine.

I'll write my thoughts more on this... right now I need to recover from a flu, heatiness on a cold winter and sleeping for 3 hours the night before

Camp was still great however and I really enjoyed myself.
