random ramblings

Paradise church showed us a preview of the New DVD album coming up. They played the first track in the evening service. I have to tell you, it looks quite promising man, what I mean is.. you actually can see me for a good 0.002 seconds and that too, they only played the first track. So if it's 0.002 for the first tracj.. there's a chance it'll be a full 1 second in the whole DVD. Alright!!! road to fame here I come.. hey I mean Sheena started from there too before she diva on this Album. Sheena actually looks South American on this album. No wonder she got put as main singer!!!??? They all think she's Brazillian? Argentinian? Whatever it is.. we all should be proud that a Malaysian is on the album as main singer of an Australian Live Recording Album. Sheena Longoria I mean Sheena Suriya makes us proud.

Lately, I've been noticing that the weather is getting colder than usual. I mean, usually it's this cold only in May and it's only the first week of April now, what's it going to be?? -1 degrees in June and July? Well, at least I can make hot bah kut teh and eat everynight. Oh yeah.. the boys and I are on a mission to make bah kut teh nicer than than Klang's one. So all you Malaysian back home... when we come back, we'll open "the orange boys bah kut teh".

Anyway, this are just some random ramblings just to keep my blog from collecting cobe-webs. I'm also refraining myself from writing controversial stuff too because I don't want people coming up to me and arguing about points I wrote on my blog as if I am a writer/journalist publishing an article on a newspaper. I mean, I really can't understand, this is a blog where an individual can come and write their random ramblings and in the process maybe let people know what they are thinking and maybe in the process entertain people like how Kenny Sia does it, hey this kind is a legend man.. he writes way more controversial stuff than me but do you see people going up to him and arguing saying that "you never reseached before writing?", at the end of the day, people read it... have a laugh, know how the poor individual is thinking and maybe at most leave your comments on the chatterbox.. end of story. I think I should stop here, looks like it's getting controversial again.. don't want to have people coming up and arguiung their points to me again. So back to Kenny Sia.. man.. that guy is inspiration to all bloggers to write man... when I am down and need to be cheered up.. www.kennysia.com is the place.

Our first International Students Night is coming up this Friday. Unc Mike and the rest of us are all excited about it. Finally, something to call our own, a meeting where we can have a sense of ownership to it. I'm so happy that Unc Mike and the family are here. He and aunty Chiew Har has really brought some focus to us lost International Students. Come on all out International Students of Paradise, this is our song to sing.

After posting that Asian Connect flyer in the previous post.. I actually had people asking me if the church actually used that flyer. Well the answer is "OFF COURSE NOT!!!", though I think that flyer would have been very impactful. Anyhow, I handed in another design to the church a more friendly flyer that won't cause people to have blood oozing out from their nose. Anyway, this is the flyer I handed in
